The Role
We're seeking a dynamic Community Growth person to design and implement a comprehensive growth plan that prioritizes quality over quantity in community building.
Your mission will be to cultivate small but high-quality, tight-knit communities across three key segments:
- Researcher Community:
- Develop and execute a strategy to attract top-tier researchers in stablecoins, DeFi, and Fintech.
- Foster an environment for high-quality research, similar to the MEV research community, but focused on stablecoins and monetary technology.
- Organize and facilitate research collaborations, discussions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- DeFi Power Users:
- When people think of stablecoins, they automatically think of Perena.
- Leverage our core group of OG supporters for product feedback.
- Demonstrate how Perena can enhance capital efficiency and attract users for DeFi protocols.
- Build relationships with key protocol contributors and power users to drive integrations.
- General Community:
- Establish and nurture an active, engaged community.
- Develop strategies to empower community members, potentially through:
- Facilitating community-organized meetups
- Creating opportunities for users to benefit financially
- Other innovative community engagement initiatives
- Discover hidden talent in the community to bring to our team!
What We Look For
- Deep understanding of stablecoins, DeFi protocols, and the broader cryptocurrency ecosystem.
- Proficient in using AI tools to automate processes and create content.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to create and execute innovative engagement strategies.
- Self-starter and ownership mentality mentality with the ability to work independently.
